Conference fees

Before 15.10.2023               800 Lei / 160 Euro
After    15.10.2023               1000 Lei / 200 Euro

Accompanying Person:  400 Lei / 80 Euro

The fee includes the participation to the conference invited lectures, sessions and gala dinner. Please note that the conference fee does not include the publishing fee which is in accordance with the chosen publishing partner and will be paid accordingly after the review process will take place. Please see Publishing CIBv2023.
Conference registration canceled before 15.10.2023 is refundable but subject to a €50 administrative fee. Registrants canceling after 15.10.2023 will not receive a refund. 

Important observations

Publishing

All papers have to be presented by at least one of the authors at the conference and must describe current original research of international interest.
Papers need to be related to the main topic of the conference. The abstract submitted file must comply with CIBv2023 abstract template.
Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.
All papers are subject to a final review of publications and can be rejected without further information.
Depending on the topic, one can choose from several publishing partners - please see Publishing CIBv2023.

Payment

If you request an invoice please send your name, affiliation, address, CUI (or VAT) number to topic secretary and be sure to make the payment only after the invoice has been released (you will receive a scanned copy).

Participants from Romania are kindly asked to use the TREZORERIA account.
