Conference fees
Before 10.10.2026 1250 Lei / 250 Euro
After 10.10.2026 2000 Lei / 400 Euro
Accompanying Person: 750 Lei / 150 Euro
For PhD students, the conference fees are with 50% discount.
The fee includes the participation to the conference invited lectures, sessions and gala dinner. Please note that the conference fee does not include the publishing fee which is in accordance with the chosen publishing partner and will be paid accordingly after the review process will take place. Please see Publishing CIBv2026.
Important observations
The official language of the conference is English.
Only original papers (not previously published) are accepted.
Each author/co-author can submit maximum three papers.
If possible, it is recommended to use the CIBv2026 presentation template.
Please be aware, the conference fee does not include bank fees.
Publishing
All papers have to be presented by at least one of the authors at the conference, either in person or through the remote poster option described below.
Papers need to be related to the main topic of the conference. The abstract submitted file must comply with CIBv2026 abstract template.
Papers must describe current original research of international interest.

Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.
All papers are subject to a final review of publications and can be rejected without further information.
Depending on the topic, one can choose from several publishing partners - please see Publishing CIBv2026.
Remote poster presentation
Authors who are unable to attend the conference in person, for example because of long travel distances, may present their paper remotely through a poster.
The poster submitted file must comply with CIBv2026 poster template.
The poster should include a QR code linking to a pre-recorded video presentation of the paper, with a maximum length of 10 minutes. The organizers will print the poster and display it during the conference, so that interested participants can scan the code and watch the presentation. Posters must be sent by 10 October 2026 to ct.cib.cc@unitbv.ro, as a PDF file (A0 portrait, 841 × 1189 mm) together with the editable .pptx source, named CIBv2026_Poster_FirstAuthorSurname.
Payment
If you request an invoice, please send your name, affiliation, address, CUI (or VAT) number to topic secretary and be sure to make the payment only after the invoice has been released (you will receive a scanned copy). The payment will be done only after issuing the invoice (not before!).
Participants from Romania are kindly asked to use the TREZORERIA account.
